Massive congratulations to our Year 13 students Rotor, Sky and Knight who took part in a challenging cookery workshop focusing on key professional skills that can be used when they cook at home. The Year 13 boys worked on their knife skills and honed their tasting ability. They also looked at how best to plate food quickly and elegantly. On the menu was Australian Beef Steak (medium-rare), wild mushroom sauce and homemade double-cooked organic chips. Going forward it is hoped that our Year 13s make great food at University and beyond! Well done, Rotor, Sky and Knight.
