Year 11 AS and A Level Options Morning

Year 11 Students and their parents attended the AS and A-Level Options information morning. Mr Graeme, Head of the Sixth Form, gave a very informative presentation about why studying for AS and A-Levels is the best way to prepare yourself for university entry, both in Thailand and Overseas. Heads of Subject, supported by current Sixth Form students, were on hand to discuss subject options, university courses and likely careers. Students and parents found the presentation highly informative, and I know that many of the conversations provided food for thought as subject options were swayed and changed; a number of students seriously considered subjects not on their ‘list of possibles’ before the event. With IGCSE examinations starting in early May, Year 11 has a lot to prepare for. We wish them good luck for those and their future studies in Year 12.
