Year 9 students went to the Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall

As part of Thai culture, the Thai Department organised a trip for Year 9 students to the Rattanakosin Exhibition Hall. They learned about Thai history and the stories of that famous area and era of Bangkok. Students saw multimedia exhibits about the Thai monarchy and Thai history, as well as the relationship, events and people at this time had on a world scale. The museum includes visitors in this historical journey, bringing the period, buildings and people to life, with scenes and sounds very similar to how it was all those centuries ago. Students left the museum having gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of their own history.
