Year 5 Thai Trip Ban Kong Por

On Thursday 25th March, our Year 5 students visited Ban Kong Por Sufficiency Economy Learning Center in Ayutthaya. This educational trip started with a guided tour of Ban Kong Por. Students had a great opportunity to learn about the sufficiency economy philosophy initiated by King Rama IX. Students gained firsthand experience of local wisdom by participating in various activities, such as growing rice, growing potted plants, making the Thai dish – Yum Kai Daao, and feeding fish and goats. They also excitedly enjoyed seeing a chicken farm and a banana orchard. It was wonderful to see them having a fabulous time at Ban Kong Por.
