Year 3 students delved into the world of shadows

Our Year 3 students delved into the world of shadows with their "Changing Shadows" science activity. They explored how shadows change when altering the distance between a light source and an object. Using a simple setup, students measured and recorded the sizes of shadows at various distances. They discovered intriguing patterns in their results. Each student noted how the shadow size changes with distance. They learned how light travels and creates shadows. The hands-on activity fostered curiosity and critical thinking. This experiment was one of the many fun highlights of our IPC/science curriculum. We're proud of our budding scientists.
