Year 12 AS Chemistry class

Mr. Selwyn's Year 12 AS Chemistry class had their first proper AS Level practical yesterday. Students carried out three chemical reactions involving an acid and a carbonate. They recorded the temperature changes and then used these to calculate the amount of energy released or absorbed in each reaction.
