U19 TISAC Table tennis

Last week we hosted the U19 TISAC Table Tennis tournament with a total of four schools and 24 students competing. All students played 9 matches in the first round of pool play games. 
Deen and Jin Fong both made it to the quarterfinals where they lost a close best of three game match. Wam made it to the semi-finals round where he lost a close match and finished in 4th place in the boys division. Murfin won 8 of his 9 games in pool play, won all of his quarter-finals, semi-finals and also won in the final championship to place 1st overall for the boys. All of the success from the boys side helped them win the overall boys team champion award. Sand played very well and was our only female competitor. She defeated all of the other girls teams and made it to the girls championship where she placed second overall in a close 2-1 finals match. A tremendous effort from all of our table tennis participants.
