St. Stephen's Primary School Council members meeting

St. Stephen's Primary School Council members had their first formal meeting in school today and it was lovely to meet each other in person at last. Everybody was proud to wear their new pin badge and we discussed some of the responsibilities Student Council members will hold at break times and lunchtimes. These responsibilities include taking it in turns to clean the playground equipment such as footballs and basketballs with alcohol spray after every use and setting a good example to peers when walking around school or lining up. Student Council members will be dedicating their lunchtime break every two weeks, to meet with Ms. Rosie to discuss their ideas about how we can continue to support each other and make St Stephen's a happy and healthy place to be.
