Reading Diaries Coffee Morning

Ms. Julia led a very informative coffee morning for parents of pupils in Years 1 and 2. The morning focused on the newly updated Key Stage 1 Home-School Reading Diaries which now include a 'Weekly Goals' section that provides an opportunity for pupils' ongoing targets to be shared with parents and pupils more regularly. The newly introduced Twinkl Phonics Scheme was also discussed as well as practical ideas for parents to support their children in reading and phonics at home.
