AS Level Chemistry

In AS Chemistry lessons, Year 12 students carried out a thermometric titration to determine the concentration of a hydrochloric acid solution.  They added small volumes of the acid at a time to sodium hydroxide and took note of the temperature each time. The temperature was expected to initially rise as the neutralization reaction produced heat energy.
