'The Great Kapok Tree' by Year 4JH

Last week, 4JH performed a wonderful assembly highlighting the importance of the rainforests in the world. The children retold the story 'The Great Kapok Tree', set in the Amazon Rainforest, where the animals who live in the tree persuade a man to not cut it down. They showed great dedication and enthusiasm in learning their lines and acting their parts. 4JH were really excited to see so many parents and family members attending and had fun sharing what they had learned with the rest of the Primary school. Well done 4JH!
