The Bronze International Award Practice Expedition

On Saturday 28 January 11 of our intrepid Year 11 Students started their Bronze International Award Practice Expedition in Jedkod, Saraburi. On the first day, they followed the route of a stream through the jungle, passing waterfalls and clambering over many rocks. A friendly local dog decided to join them on the hike and helped keep their spirits up. After a windy night on the campsite, the second day saw them hiking uphill through the jungle to a viewpoint, and then descending steeply down a road and through an overgrown path to the end point. The students enjoyed the experience, and are now better prepared for the Assessed Expedition which will take place in March.
