Formal Complaints

 

If you are ready to make a formal complaint you must inform the school in writing.

This can be done using the email address: [email protected] or via a letter addressed to the school principal.

If your complaint is about the principal please address your letter, or email, to Dr. Visut who will investigate the complaint.

Please see the diagram below which shows the process involved in raising a formal complaint and the steps we will take to try to resolve the issue.
