The MUN conference

On March 27th and 28th, Senior members of the MUN enrichment club will be participating in a virtual MUN conference hosted by THAIMUN. Mickey will be Chairperson for the Human Rights Council where she will be leading conversations related to systemic racism and cultural homogeneity. Por, Cartoon and Bonus will be in committees debating resolutions related to systemic racism, reforming electoral systems, Brexit, and government healthcare in light of COVID. Leo and Mok will have the opportunity to participate in special historical councils that will revisit past invasions and campaigns that have shaped the Asia we see today. MUN is a great opportunity for students to practise their research and writing skills, along with their public speaking and communication skills in a friendly environment while addressing some of the issues the world is facing today.
