On Thursday the Year 2 Classes had their Exit Point for the IPC topic 'How Are You?'. As part of their learning in History, the children learnt about the life of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing, and all the important work she carried out to modernise and improve hospitals. For their Exit Point the children performed a short play about Florence Nightingale and how she helped soldiers during the Crimean war. The children worked hard to practise their parts and the two classes really enjoyed watching each other's performances.
