Thai Language Teachers
St. Stephen’s International School is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, dynamic and enthusiastic Secondary Teachers of Thai for both Native and Non-Native speakers at our Bangkok Campus as soon as possible
The Thai Department follows its own curriculum, where possible aligning its approach to the International Middle Years Curriculum. All students study Thai in all Key Stages from Nursery – Year 11 with the students in each year group split into parallel classes. Thai is a compulsory subject at IGCSE level
It is essential to:
• Be experienced in teaching Thai to secondary students
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Thai
• Possess an appropriate degree and teaching qualification in Secondary Education
• Provide three professional referees, one of whom must be your current Principal
It is desirable to have experience of:
• Working in an international school environment
• The Thai Language IGCSE course
St. Stephen’s Bangkok is located in the mid northern suburbs of the vibrant city of Bangkok, about mid way between the city centre and Don Muang Airport, in the Ratchayothin area of Chatuchak district. The school caters for all ages from Nursery to Year 13 and is two form entry.
